The 5th Tom and Tess Lee Memorial Benefit will be held on Saturday, July 28th, 2012. The golf outing will take place at the Odyssey Country Club and the dinner banquet will take place at Bourbon Street. Info is below.

Join Us for Guest Bartender Night – June 1st

Please come out and join us on Friday night, June 1st, for our annual guest-bartender night at The Chieftain located at 6906-08 W. 111 St., Worth. Megan McShane, Michelle McLaughlin, and Tommy Lee will again be serving up pints and recalling their glory days from the past as Western Avenue’s favorite barkeeps. All tips collected from 7pm to 10pm will go into the scholarship fund.

Save the Date: 2012 Memorial Benefit

Please join us at the Water’s Edge Golf Course on July 28, 2012 for the 5th Annual Tom and Tess Lee Memorial Benefit.

Dedicated parents, grandparents, godparents, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, and friends to many, Tom’s and Tess’s lives were tragically cut short in August of 2007 in a car accident in Ohio.

Funds raised by this event will go toward four separate college scholarship funds — one for college-bound children of members of Ironworker Locals 1, 63 and 136; one for students entering or currently enrolled in the nursing program at St. Xavier University; one for graduating students of St. Rita High School;  and one for graduating students of Evergreen Park High School.

We would like to thank the members of Ironworkers Local 63 for their very generous contribution of over $700 to the benefit fund at a recent Union meeting. We would like to send a special thanks to Ray Dean and Bruce Madiar. Thanks for your continued support.
